Mapo Tofu Paste

• Ingredients: vegetable oil, water, broad bean sauce (broad bean, water, salt, wheat flour), chilli, salt, monosodium glutamate, ginger, garlic, fermented soybean sauce (soybean, water, salt), sugar, chiniese prickly ash, spices, yeast extract, food additives.

Directions for use:

Cut 500g beancurd into pieces and use boiling water to blanched it for a bit.

Stir fry minced meat with vegetable oil and Mapo Tofu Paste. Add stock (chicken/vegetable/beef)

After boiling add in the beancurd and simmer for 2 minutes, can add starch to thicken the sauce.

Decorated with chives, served with steamed rice.
