Red Pork Seasoning Mix

• Ingredients: sugar, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soybean, maize, maltodextrin), spices (star anise, cinnamon), anticaking agent, natural flavour, colour (paprika oleoresin).
• Product of Thailand

Directions for use:

1. Prepare 1.2kg pork, cut into long pieces about 1.5 inches x 8 inches.
2. Dissolve Red Pork Seasoning Mix with 1 cup water. Soak the pork and marinate for 2-3 hours.
3. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes, or charcoal grill or boil until well-done.
4. Slice thin, serve as a garnish for chop suey, fried noodles and fried rice.
