Rendang Sauce

• Ingredients: water, roasted grated coconut, onion, coconut milk, palm oil, galangal, lemongrass, chilli, ginger, salt, sugar, tamarind, garlic, modified tapioca starch, tumeric leaves, star anise, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon.
• Product of Malaysia

Directions for use:

1. Heat 10ml oil (3/4 tablespoon) in a pan and brown 500g diced chicken or beef.
2. Add Rendang Sauce with 250ml (1 cup) water.
3. Simmer on a medium heat for 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
