Tom Yum Paste

• Ingredients: oil, lemongarss, salt, shallot, galangal, chilli, water, dried shrimp, fresh lime, flavour enhancer (621), kaffir lime leaves, acidity regulator (330), garlic, sugar, colour (160c)
• No preservatives.
• Product of Thailand

Directions for use:

1. Simply add two tablespoons of Instant Tom Yum Paste to 3 cups of boiling water or chicken stock. Add fresh fish, prawns, mussel, scallop, squid, whatever seafood you like. Boil till cooked.
