Tom Kha Paste 400g

• Ingredients: salt, sugar, galangal, lemongrass, refind soybean oil, chillis, kaffir lime peel, monosodium glutamate, flavour enhancer (621), acidity regulator (citirc acide 330).

Directions for use:

1. Boil 1 cup of water and 250m of coconut milk.
2. Put 50g of Tom Kha Paste, 3/4 cup of well cut chicken and some of your favourite vegetables.
3. Put 1 tablespoon of sugar.
4. Keep boiling on medium heat for around 8 minutes or until the meat is done.
