Laab Namtok Seasoning 30g

• Ingredients: roasted glutinous rice, salt, chilli powder, sugar, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotide), spices (garlic, coriander, lemongrass), fish sauce powder, acidity regulator, natural lime flavour.

Directions for use:

1. Prepare 300g meat (beef, chicken, or other meat)
2. - Grind the meat for laab (laab is a ground meat salad. It's typically made of ground meat and lots of fresh herbs such as mint, cilantro, and green onions)
3. - Grill and slice the meat for namtok (namtok is a grilled meat salad, its made almost entirely with steak; no vegetables, just lots of fresh herbs and a spicy tart dressing)
4. Add 1/4 cup water and stir fry untill done, add in Laab Namtok Seasoning and mix well.
5. Garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion. Served with fresh vegetables.
